1.准备的原料。

2.青菜洗净切断,油面筋加提前清水泡软,生姜剁碎。

3.热锅凉油,煸香姜沫。

4.加入青菜。

5.翻炒变软。

6.加入油面筋,虾皮,蚝油,白糖炒匀。

7.再盖上锅盖中火烧两分钟左右。

8.青菜虾皮油面筋就好了。
小窍门&温馨提示
1.油面筋加清水泡软,烧的时候就不会成硬疙瘩,泡好的油面筋直接捞出就可以,也不需要将水分挤太干。
